About Athena

I am a holistic health and fitness professional with a strong focus on trauma-informed care, spiritual guidance, spiritual healing, and whole-person wellbeing. My work is centred on helping individuals improve their physical health while also supporting emotional regulation, mental resilience, and nervous system balance. I take an integrative approach that recognises the deep connection between the body, mind, and emotional health.

With a background in fitness, movement, and body-based healing, I support clients in rebuilding strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies. I believe fitness should be functional, sustainable, and supportive of long-term health—not driven by punishment or aesthetics. Movement, when applied intentionally, can play a powerful role in stress reduction, trauma recovery, and overall quality of life.

My practice is informed by an understanding of how trauma and chronic stress impact the body. I work with clients to improve posture, mobility, strength, and physical capacity while also supporting nervous system regulation and body awareness. This approach allows clients to feel safer in their bodies, reduce physical tension, and develop a stronger sense of self-efficacy.

I am also deeply committed to ethical and conscious living. As a vegan, I advocate for plant-based nutrition as a way to support physical health, recovery, and overall vitality, while aligning with values of compassion and animal welfare. My work reflects a respect for both human and non-human life, and I aim to create spaces that are inclusive, supportive, and aligned with holistic wellbeing.

My professional mission is to build a career that bridges evidence-based fitness, body-centred healing, help people develop and understanding of animal welfare and compassionate lifestyle practices, while living a truly meaningful and healthy lifestyle. With this is my passion for healing people who have dealt with traumatic loss of a loved one or massive emotional trauma, through mediumship, reiki practice and spiritual guidance. While love fitness for its physical health effects, I love spirit for its on going mental effects which aids all aspects in my life. I am very passionate and proud to be trusted to help people through their pain and through their healing. I am dedicated to helping people feel stronger, more regulated, and more connected to themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so they can move through life with greater confidence and resilience.
