Meet Athena Hart

I am an Online Life Coach, Transformation Specialist, Certified Vegan Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Passionate Animal Rights Activist, Writer, and Journalist who successfully works in the fitness and health industry.

MY MISSION - To Teach people how to successfully incorporate fitness with a plant based lifestyle!

I have never been overweight, instead, I took things to the opposite extreme. To the point where I was skinny, exhausted, and had an obsession with body image and being lean. This eventually took a toll on my health, my hormones, and my relationship with fitness.

My transformation from being skinny, unhappy and unhealthy to being strong, confident, and full of life is complete and now I want to share my fitness and nutrition plan with others.

My PASSION - To promote compassion for animals!

Since a young age I have been passionate about animals and their welfare. Though I never truly pieced together what I was eating, and how that conflicted with my love for animals during my childhood. Later, after graduating from college I became more serious about fitness and building muscle. In December 2016 after seeing activist James Aspey speak on animal rights, I put it all together, and decided to embrace a vegan diet. That’s when I discovered how strong I could really be.

After mere days of eating a whole plant-based foods, I noticed huge positive changes. I was able to lift heavier, run faster, workout harder and more often with less recovery time. All of which made me feel unstoppable. My focus, my energy, my mood, my skin, everything glowingly transformed.

In 2020, I started coaching online. My passion is to help as many men and women as I can to realize how strong and powerful they can be without animal products.

MY GOAL - To start a vegan wellness movement

By amending my nutrition and fitness goals I have personally experienced so many overall encouraging improvements with my appearance, including increased strength, improved health, higher energy levels, and much more. Now I want this for others as well.

I hope to be a big part of the journey to a better life for fitness focused individuals and for animals as well.

What I am most passionate about is helping people online learn how to live a healthy plant based lifestyle without harming animals and making the planet a peaceful place for all!
